Infosys Engager KEF For 2 Prestigious Projects

Tech giant Infosys appointed KEF Infra as their design and build partner for two prestigious projects. One is the development of their new office complex in Electronic City – Phase II, Bangalore. The project spread across 5.3 lakh sq.ft features an office block, multi-level car park and service building and is due to be completed in a short 7.5 months. The other is the creation of a landmark – a Clock Tower for Infosys’s Mysore campus, which will not only be the world’s tallest clock tower, but also the tallest self-standing tower to be built using off-site construction technology.

First Milestone Achieved In Record Time At Embassy 7B

In a demonstration of the speed at which it builds, KEF Infra delivered two basement floors of 206,800 sq. feet in two months, compared to the average six months that traditional construction methods would have required. Embassy 7B features 10 floors of office space, a well-appointed ground floor with lobby space, two basements floors and multi-level car parking.

KEF Infra commences work on pilot Healthcare project

KEF Infra commences work on pilot Healthcare project - Meitra, KEF Infra’s first project in Healthcare sector is the first-of-its-kind world-class hospital built entirely using offsite construction technology, with state-of-the-art design and aesthetics to enhance patient experience. The hospital infrastructure is scheduled to be built in a record time of 21 months, which is almost 50% faster than if built using conventional construction methods. The 205 bed tertiary care facility (Phase 1) will be open to public in early 2017; the hospital has a provision for future expansion to a total capacity of around 500 beds.

Accommodation Block for BKS Iyengar Yoga Retreat Delivered

KEF Infra built the Accommodation Block of the B.K.S Iyengar Yoga Retreat Center in Bellur, Karnataka. The project was completed in a record 5.5 months. The residences are spread across 5,900 sq. ft. with 10 rooms capable of accommodating 40 people.

KEF Infra delivered its first project – MeridiYEN Apartment Complex at Yenepoya University in Mangalore, Karnataka. Completed in a short 6 months, this apartment complex was completed using offsite manufacturing technology – a first for India as well.

120 Year Old Government School In Kerala Transformed.

KEF Infra worked on the refurbishment of the 120-year old all girls GVHSS Nadakavvu school in Kozhikode, Kerala that was commissioned by The Faizal and Shabana Foundation. The holistic makeover included a complete transformation in the built environment, with new classrooms, toilets, a multipurpose hall, interactive science center, astro-turf covered sports field, industrial size kitchen and library amongst other improvements. The infrastructure overhaul was completed in 9 months, while the students were away on their summer vacation, using offsite manufacturing technology
