  • Panchayat Union Primary School, Kakkanpuram

    As part of the Krishnagiri Village Development Project, KEF Infra has adopted the local school in the vicinity of it’s factory and is refurbishing the infrastructure of the same. Once completed, this 64 year old school that currently caters to about 34 students from the community will be accommodate upto 150 Primary students from 1st to 5th standard and more than 50 children in Kindergarten.

  • GEMS, Kochi

    Coming up as a part of the Smart City project in Kochi, GEMS school is an ongoing project and will be completed by March 2017. Through its innovative, end-to-end offsite technology, KEF Infra is manufacturing and assembling the ultra-modern school spanning 1.3 lakh sq. ft., in a record time of just 5.5 months with 90% of the elements being manufactured at KEF’s state of the art offsite facility in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. The manufactured wall panels, columns, beams, staircases, facade, bathroom pods, modular MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) are just some of the elements that are prefabricated in the factory and assembled, providing the client with 50% savings in time allowing the school to open for the 2017 academic year.

  • GVHSS, Nadakkavu

    KEF Infra worked on the refurbishment of the 120-year old all girls GVHSS Nadakavvu school in Kozhikode, Kerala that was commissioned by The Faizal and Shabana Foundation. The holistic makeover included a complete transformation in the built environment, with new classrooms, toilets, a multipurpose hall, interactive science center, astro-turf covered sports field, industrial size kitchen and library amongst other improvements. The infrastructure overhaul was completed in 9 months, while the students were away on their summer vacation, using offsite manufacturing technology
